  1. Categories of Personal Data Collected Identifiers such as name and email address. Account and subscription information. Customer source code and repository content containing personal data. Metadata, logs, device identifiers, IP addresses. Support communications. Marketing and behavioral interaction data via HubSpot and analytics tools.
  2. Purposes of Processing Providing and operating the SaaS platform. Analyzing and generating AI-based outputs. Security monitoring and fraud prevention. Sending marketing emails and product updates unless you opt out. Improving platform performance and user experience. Complying with legal obligations.
  3. Legal Bases Performance of contract for providing the Service. Legitimate interest for security, improvement, and business communications. Consent where required for analytics cookies and certain marketing communications. Legal obligation where applicable.

AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers The Service uses third-party AI inference providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic to process Customer Data for the purpose of generating AI-based outputs. LogicStar may introduce additional AI providers subject to equivalent security, compliance, and contractual safeguards. Unless restricted by enterprise agreement, LogicStar reserves the right to use different AI providers to optimize service performance. Such providers are subject to vendor due diligence, contractual safeguards, and applicable data protection standards.
  5. Subprocessors Subprocessors include Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Stripe, HubSpot, GitHub, Slack, Sentry, Google Analytics, PostHog, and AI inference providers. A current list is maintained at logicstar.ai/subprocessors.
  6. Data Retention Security and access logs retained for a minimum of 12 months, with first 90 days searchable. Production data backed up daily and retained for minimum 35 days. Customer Data retained for 30 days after contract termination for export. After 30 days, production data permanently deleted; backups expire per schedule.
  7. International Transfers Data may be transferred outside Switzerland or the EU. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful safeguards. Enterprise customers may contractually restrict transfer outside selected regions.
  8. Marketing Communications Trial users may receive marketing emails unless they opt out. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in communications.
  9. Your Rights Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].
  10. Security LogicStar maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption, role-based access control, logging, vulnerability scanning, and annual penetration testing. LogicStar has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit covering Security controls.
