LogicStar Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs permitted and prohibited uses of the LogicStar SaaS platform
and forms part of the Terms of Service.
- Lawful Use
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with export control, sanctions, and trade
compliance laws.
- Prohibited Conduct
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
You may not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or other security testing without
prior written authorization.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the
Service.
You may not use the Service to develop, benchmark publicly, or train a competing product or
service.
You may not upload malicious code, malware, ransomware, or harmful content.
You may not interfere with or disrupt system integrity, performance, or availability.
- AI and High-Risk Use Restrictions
You may not use the Service in safety-critical, medical, aviation, nuclear, military, or life-support
systems.
You may not use the Service to generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy
rights, or applicable law.
You remain responsible for validating AI-generated outputs before implementation in production
systems.
- Abuse, Fair Use, and Resource Limits
You may not abuse APIs or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls.
You may not use automated tools, bots, or scraping mechanisms to overload the Service beyond
intended use.
LogicStar reserves the right to enforce reasonable usage limits to protect system stability and
security.
- Government and Sanctioned Entities
You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a
country subject to comprehensive sanctions under Swiss, EU, UK, or US law.
You may not use the Service for the benefit of sanctioned individuals or entities.
- Reporting Violations
If you become aware of misuse of the Service, you agree to notify LogicStar at
[email protected].
LogicStar reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement
where required.
- Enforcement
LogicStar may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
Violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice where necessary to protect
system security.
- Updates
LogicStar may update this Policy with a new effective date.
