These Terms govern access to and use of the LogicStar SaaS platform and related services
operated by LogicStar AG, CHE-215.344.805, Am Stadtrand 51A, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland.
The Service is intended primarily for professional and business use. Individuals may access the
Service, but it is not marketed as a consumer product.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
- Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old.
If registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that
organization.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Description of the Service
LogicStar provides a cloud-based platform that analyzes technical and business signals and may
generate findings, recommendations, and suggested fixes using artificial intelligence.
The Service may include dashboards, APIs, and integrations.
- Free Trial
No credit card is required to access the free trial unless explicitly stated in the future.
LogicStar reserves the right to introduce paid conversion mechanics in the future with prior notice.
No service level commitments apply during trial.
Trial access may be suspended or terminated at any time.
- Subscriptions and Pricing
Subscriptions may include monthly plans, annual plans, usage-based upgrade credits, and
enterprise custom pricing.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Refunds are provided only where required by mandatory law. LogicStar may grant discretionary
refunds at its sole discretion.
- Customer Data
Customer retains ownership of all Customer Data.
LogicStar processes personal data within Customer Data as a processor under the Data
Processing Addendum.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve the Service.
- AI Services and Output
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated analysis.
Outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before implementation.
The Service is not intended for safety-critical environments.
- Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the
platform, conduct unauthorized security testing, or use the Service to build a competing product.
- Security
LogicStar maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
LogicStar has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit covering Security controls. Additional security information is available in the Trust Center for informational purposes only.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogicStar from claims arising from your misuse of the
Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through Customer Data.
- Export and Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions under Swiss, EU, UK, or
US law.
You agree not to use the Service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided as is and as available.
LogicStar disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability
LogicStar’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
LogicStar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Dispute Resolution
For users located in the United States, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the
rules of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, seated in Zurich, conducted in English.
For all other users, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
- Termination
You may terminate by cancelling your account.
LogicStar may suspend or terminate for violation of these Terms.
- Changes
LogicStar may update these Terms with a new effective date
